Frederick Phillips Summer Program

McGill’s Faculty of Law will be launching the first edition of its Frederick Phillips Summer Program this summer. The program is open to Black youth in Montreal who, in Fall 2022, will be in sec 4, sec 5, 1st year of CEGEP or 2nd year of CEGEP and have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a legal education and/or higher education.

The program will be taking place from the 4th-15th of July 2022 and will cover themes such as demystifying law school, mentorship, various fields of law (human rights, business law, criminal law, sports and entertainment law, etc…), access to justice and more.

The program is free for all participants and the deadline to apply is April 8th, 2022. Please read the application package to find out more about the program and how to apply.
